When planning a new facility we recommend that you consult with an Infrastructure Design Professional early in this process.  We are qualified design professionals.  Our objectives are to direct focus to the important elements that comprise a complete infrastructure design.  This initial step will benefit each phase of the facility design and construction process. 

Engaged as part of the construction team, Harbinger will document and convey your specific requirements.  The transfer of information will take the form of a set of specification to be included in the construction documents.  Incorporating  the complete set of specifications within the construction documents will go a long way to preventing the need of costly change orders.
